CUSTOMER SERVICE
We value our customers and strongly believe in customer satisfaction. We make sure our customers are very comfortable ordering from us. We know how nerve racking it can be ordering online. We keep you well informed on the status of your order; from as soon as you place your order with us, until it arrives in your hand. We send our emails directly to your email address and you will receive the following emails from us:
1. Order Confirmation - once payment has been received
2. Shipment Confirmation - once order has been sent (usually the following morning)
3. Receipt Confirmation - we send this a few days before we anticipate your order will arrive
If payment is not sent right away, i.e. multiple purchases waiting for combined shipping amount, we always send a Congratulations email along with an invoice through PayPal to assist you with your payment.
PAYMENT
Payment through PayPal is due within three days.
HANDLING TIME
Orders are usually processed and sent out within 24 hours of payment being received.
Exceptions are:
(i) if there are problems with the information provided on your purchase
(ii) orders received from Friday through Sunday will go out the following Monday
(iii) orders placed two business days prior to a holiday or long weekend will go out after the holiday (this prevents a parcel sitting around a post office somewhere and reduces lost orders)
SHIPPING
If S&H states $3.00, your order will be sent by Light Packet. There is no insurance or tracking with Light Packet.
If S&H states $7.00 or higher, your order will be sent by Small Packet Air. Insurance is included, but there is no tracking.
We send orders to the address registered on your PayPal account, please be sure this is up-to-date.
We send all orders through the postal system. We send through Canada Post and they arrive through USPS.
TRANSIT TIME
For either Light Packet or Small Packet Air, days in transit for orders to arrive is between 7 to 12 business days. A business day does not include weekends or holidays and day of mailing is considered as "Day 0" and is not counted.

OTHER DESTINATIONS WE SHIP TO
We will ship to Canada, but with the higher and varied postal rates within Canada (vs International destinations), plus that we have to add on applicable taxes (GST or HST and PST for Ontario residents), please contact us for the total cost first.
REFUND POLICY
Our products are carefully made by hand and tested before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer our customers a THIRTY (30) DAY REFUND POLICY. To qualify for a refund, you must advise us immediately upon receipt of order and the complete order must be returned to us prepaid within thirty (30) days.
