What is your Refund Policy?
Our products are carefully made by hand and tested before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer our customers a THIRTY (30) DAY REFUND POLICY. To qualify for a refund, you must advise us immediately upon receipt of order and the complete order must be returned to us prepaid within thirty (30) days.

Where do you ship to?
We list on eCrater as shipping to the US Only.
We will ship to Canada, but with the higher and varied postal rates within Canada (vs International destinations), plus that we have to add on applicable taxes (GST or HST and PST for Ontario residents), please contact us for the total cost first.

What is your Transit Time?
Days in transit for orders to arrive is between 7 to 12 business days. A business day does not include weekends or holidays. And the day of mailing is considered as "Day 0" and is not counted. Please keep in mind there may also be border delays.

Halfway down the page, under the Delivery Expectations section, there is a drop down menu where you can see in advance how many days we estimate your parcel will be in transit.

What is your Handling Time?
Orders are usually processed and sent out within 24 hours of payment being received.
Exceptions are:
(i) if there are problems with the information provided on your purchase.
(ii) orders received from Friday through Sunday will go out the following Monday.
(iii) orders placed two days prior to a holiday or long weekend will go out after the holiday (this prevents a parcel sitting around a post office somewhere and reduces lost orders).

What Payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we are only accepting PayPal in US dollars.
Payment through PayPal is due within three days.
We would love to accept Google Checkout, but this service is not available to us as we are located in Canada. As soon as it is, we will be glad to include it as a payment option.
We are also a registered credit card merchant, and if you would like to send payment using your credit card, we can send you instructions how to send this information to us securely.

You did not receive an Order Confirmation email
You should receive an Order Confirmation email from us within approximately 2-4 hours of your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us right away. We may not have received the Notification of Sale email from eCRATER.

Are there any shipping delays?
Our company policy has always been to hold orders two business days prior to a holiday (where there is no postal service), so they are not sitting around somewhere at a post office over the holiday. This has greatly reduced lost/undelivered packages.
